My approach

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida (MT3747) and Virginia (0717001551), a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. I view supervision as a collaborative and developmental process rooted in systemic thinking and self-of-the-therapist principles. My role is to help supervisees connect their personal experiences to their clinical work, fostering deeper self-awareness and professional competence. I encourage supervisees to reflect on their own experiences and biases, developing a deeper understanding of relational systems and cultural influences. Supervision focuses on:

  1. Clinical and professional growth.

  2. Skills acquisition and competency-building.

  3. Ensuring client welfare.

  • I specialize in a relational therapeutic approach. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in positive client outcomes. I have completed EMDRIA approved EMDR training as well as Level 2 IFS training from the IFS institute.

    • Group Supervision – 55 minutes:

      • Resident: $40/session

    • Individual Supervision:

      • Resident: $80/session

    Individual supervision may include up to two supervisees. Group supervision includes no more than six supervisees.

    Consultation for Licensed Clinicians

    • Group Consultation - 55 minutes: $60/session

    • Individual Consultation - 55 minutes: $120/session

  • It’s important to me that we meet to assess your needs in supervision and ensure we are a good fit. I offer 20 minute free consultations for this reason.

  • I offer consultation for Licensed clinicians that does cover many principles from supervision. There are many reasons a licensed clinician wants to seek continued support and consultation. I am available to meet to discuss what your needs are. Licensed clinicians seeking individual consultation is $120 per 55 minute session. Group consultation is $60 per 55 minute session.
